PRINT DROP FAQ

What is a timed Print Drop?
A set time where all print orders are honored within that time period.  Print Drops will occur only once or twice a year.

How long will it take for me to receive my print?
Print orders will take 2-3 weeks to fulfill.  You will receive tracking as soon as your piece ships, rolled up safely in a shipping tube.

What do I do with a rolled, unstretched canvas print?
Easiest answer: bring it to your local framer, and they will stretch it on wooden stretcher bars for you.  Then the piece can hang as a stretched canvas either unframed or framed. There is a 2 inch white border on all canvas prints so they can be stretched. Allowing the varnished canvas surface to be exposed, like an original painting, is an ideal option, but canvas can also be easily matted and framed behind glass, like a paper print.

Are the prints framed?
The prints are not framed.  I realize that most folks prefer to choose their own framing style. Having a local framer take care of things is the most hands-off, but you can just as easily pop a print into a ready-made frame yourself.  Here is a helpful article on framing.

Do you ship internationally?
YES!  There may be additional cost to ship depending on the size of the print and location, but I ship all over the world.

I've purchase a canvas giclee before, how is this different?
Previous giclees were stretched canvas on wooden stretcher bars. Shipping became incredibly pricey for the collector, and risk for damage in transit was higher.
All prints, with larger options on beautiful thick paper (Velvet Cotton Rag 300 GSM) and high quality canvas (archival + varnished), will be rolled and shipped to you, free of charge.
The art now makes it into the collectors' hands faster and safer.  Shipping in the US is free.
